    Made these in the pressure cooker (8 minutes) and stirred in sour cream at the end. We had them with mashed potatoes but next time, I will try cheese grits.

    I used Trader Joe's turkey meatballs and half the amount of beef broth. Yummers! I will definitely make make my modified version again!

    The sauce is a bit too thin for me. I will try with less stock next time. But the flavor is good.

    I would have enjoyed a slightly thicker sauce so it would coat the meatballs, but highly enjoyable

    This was super easy and oh so good! Perfect comfort food! Based on the comments, I omitted the salt, used regular beef broth (as opposed to low-sodium), and it turned out PERFECT! I made instant mashed potatoes (cuz who has time for homemade) instead of egg noodles, and it was DELISH! Will definitely make again!

    Excellent the first time... This time I added a little yellow mustard, 16 ounces freshly sliced mushrooms and browned onions w/fresh garlic! I’ll update on taste. Update: Delicious!

    I recommend this recipe! I’ll use turkey meatballs next time. My only alteration was soy sauce rather than Worcestershire- that’s only because I didn’t have it on hand. It didn’t seem to affect the sauce because we loved it! Super fast, super easy, super tasty- exactly what you need for a weeknight dinner!

    The recipe is very simple and delicious! My husband loved it, which is a bonus! We made egg noodles to go with. Definitely would make again.

    the sauce was a bit runny. Next time make with rice and reduce moister.
