    It turned out good, but next time I’ll use less stock and more seasoning. Maybe even a touch of flour to thicken it a touch...

    Great recipe. Super quick and easy to put together. Served in flour tortillas with cheese, green onion, cilantro, nonfat Greek yogurt and a bit of salsa for toppings. Making again...soon.
