I love easy recipes like this for the winter time. Especially as a new mommy, just throw everything in the crockpot and let your home smell good!

This chicken stew turned out fantastic. I doubled the ingredients in the recipe. I didn't have any chicken stock on hand so I used water and I stayed at the 3C measurement with doubling all else. I seasoned the chicken and water with garlic powder, Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. I used 1C crushed tomatoes. The whole family loved it. This will be a regular in our family. It only took 10 minutes to prep!

I've made this twice with no modifications and I absolutely love it! It's simple to make and very filling!
