    This was simply AWESOME! This was the first time I had heard of Kitchen Bouquet, and it made the roast gorgeous and savory! After 7 hrs, my 3lb roast really did fall apart, and there was plenty of tasty gravy for the noodles. I was a little worried about the vinegar - it had an overwhelming influence on the smell when I made the gravy. The smell was absent in the final product, which was mouthwatering. I highly recommend!
