Fairly well. As the other reviewer mentioned, it was a bit dry to start after mixing all ingredients besides chicken, there didn’t seem to be enough liquid to conduct the heat that would be actually cooking the chicken. Especially sitting in the crockpot for 8hrs. Note that there is no call for liquid such as stock or water. I had already had the the idea of tweaking it by adding coconut milk and curry. Even adding the coconut milk still left it chunky and still didn’t feel there was enough liquid. Adding low sodium chicken stock really did the trick.
