- 4 bone in chicken thighs (remove the skin--I've used up to 6 chicken thighs with this recipe. So you're welcome to use 6 thighs, if desired.)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder

- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 limes (juiced, about ¼ cup juice--I use this juicer.)
