Tasted amazing. Pork was extremely tender and tasty. The sauerkraut added an extra flavour that complimented everything so well. Served with German style potatoes for an exceptional New Years Eve dinner.

Great added a nice milk stout as well. Typically I would do spare ribs. This was the first time with a roast. Outstanding!
