Lightly seasoned roast & stuffed with garlic cloves, then browned in heavy pot. Transferred to crockpot & cooked as directed. Used Golden Mushrooms soup in place of the Cream of Myshroom soup. Also, added 1 pkg. brown gravy mix. Served over mashed potatoes.

Amazing and soooo easy! I also added the brown gravy packet but also some garlic and onion powder. It was perfectly comforting:)
