Wonderful, nice and tender. I added a cup of more chicken broth to the slow cooker instead of water as the recipe called for and it was great. It does have a bit of a spicy kick but that is probably because I was so generous with the seasoning. Will make again, so much nicer than pan fried pork chops because they are so tender.
