My family loved this recipe! We followed the recipe but used 1 can of cream of chicken soup and added water as directed instead of a homemade soup. Seasoned the pork with Morton’s Nature’ seasons. Used 4 small potatoes and used 1 large yellow onion. Next time I will dice the onion and layer some cheese through and cook till brown!
Would totally double or triple the recipe and just used some diced ham inside and serve as scalloped potatoes as a side dish.
