I will make this again - it was good. But recipe needed tweaking. Add at least one or two extra tablespoons of soy sauce and some garlic powder and salt and pepper. I added garlic too. I used regular diced tomatoes though - maybe if is used the specific brand mentioned in the recipe it would have turned out better?
