This was a hit with the family! I’ll for sure make this again and again. I also added some powdered garlic and powdered onion. Then cooked off most of the liquid before serving with fried rice. It turned out really good, but was fairly sweet. Next time I may try to find a sugar free BBQ sauce to balance the really sweet marmalade.
