    Very good base for oatmeal. Put in crock pot at night on low. In the morning add your favorite ingredients. Almond milk, coconut milk, or plain. Add a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon or even a dash of maple syrup. Don’t forget fruit.. your choice. Oh and nuts. I like pecans.. dress it up or down.. it’s a great way to start the day.
