Not what we were expecting. Still decent but way too sweet to eat very much. I took the leftovers and added lime juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and pineapple chunks. Served with white rice, corn and broccoli and it was much better. Still not Mongolian Beef, but I was glad it didn't go to waste!

excellent! sauce was nice and thick. put some peas in just for fun.
next time add some pearl onions.

Excellent!!!! My family could not stop raving. I doubled the recipe in hopes of having left overs for tomorrow... nothing is left!
