- 1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef (93% or better)
- 1 cup pork rinds (Crushed, If you don't need low carb or gluten free feel free to use bread crumbs or oatmeal)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved, you can also use shredded or grated as well)
- 1/4 cup yellow onion (choppped)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 16 oz. bacon (You may not need the entire package. One slice per loaf.)
- 6 onions (large, Get as large as you can. Various flavors will be fine.)
