- 4 slices hickory smoked (Bacon, and nitrate free.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sea salt (to 2 Hawaiian black lava, * could use Hawaiian red sea salt too but the black has a smoked taste due to activated coconut- shell charcoal, can also use pink sea salt as well.)
- 5 cloves garlic (to 6, minced.)
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke (hickory, all natural kind with smoke as the only ingredient, * optional, can omit.)
- rice (Cauli)
- 3 cups cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. homemade chicken broth (or organic)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
