I don't have the pre-cooked chicken brand that you mention in your ingredients so I just diced up 3 chicken breasts.
The sauce itself turned out a little thinner than I would typically like; you could easily alter it and make it a soup recipe. I loved the hearty amount of protein in the recipe though! Overall, it was tasty and definitely something I'll keep in my recipe book.
