Pretty good. The kids ate it so always a plus. They added ketchup.
I added an onion, garlic powder celery seeds, sliced potatoes, dried potatoes to thicken it up and a green pepper to the mix.
I think adding the dried potatoes took away some of the cream cheese flavoring.
I enjoyed that it was a cauliflower base.

I made with fresh cauliflower (1/2), 3 peeled and diced potatoes, peeled and diced zucchini 1/2 of a large one, 2 cheeses, and onion. Skipped cream cheese and bacon and added 1/3 cup vegetable broth. This vegetarian version was delicious after I mashed it like potatoes. Great with a salad and vegetarian nuggets. Everyone couldn't wait to eat as smelled divine.
