    Was delicious! I added a little Cajun seasoning but it was loved by all, (and I’d never attempted jambalaya in my life). I’ll definitely double the recipe next time, or triple it for a covered dish event. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Easy to prep; no pre-cooking the meat. Turns out very flavorful! I didn’t have italian sausage, so I used smoked turkey sausage. Yum!
