Great! I've made it a few times now, and it's been amazing everytime! Bone in or out. Great both ways.

Have made several times, but didn't like the idea of ketchup, so have substituted about 1/3 cup hoisun for it. It's delicious!

I switched out the ketchup for BBQ sauce and it was delicious over rice with roasted carrots

Frankly, this is gross. Easily twice as sweet as it should be. The ketchup tasted exactly like what it is. Not enough garlic to survive the slow-cooker. Tried to liven it with a teaspoon of Indonesian chili paste, but it was dead on arrival. Maybe some try vinegar? But no, the thing has no soul. Ordinarily I would try to adjust proportions to make this work, but I think it's unsalvageable. That date you were on... well, maybe you weren't paying attention. It was a waste of effort to toast the sesame seeds; I'll save the rest to put on some other dish.

    tasted okay, like teriyaki chicken.

The sauce was too ketchup-y tasting. Once you pulled the skin with the sauce off the chicken, the chicken thighs were quite good.

This was so delicious. I added some Thai Chili sauce and onions in with the chicken. Served it over rice with some green beans. Kids loved it. I will definitely make this again!
Very tasty! My family loved it. I needed to add a pinch of flour to get the sauce to really thicken. I also added red pepper flakes to my portion just spice it up a bit. I’ll definitely be adding this recipe to my rotation. Thanks!

Not a fan of the sauce and how much there is. But the chicken itself is great and falls off the bone. Also added some carrots to the pot! Would add Broccoli and carrots next time 😊

Didn’t look as good as the photo but I started With frozen. Sauce was good - not too sweet. Will make again.

The dish turned out ok. I doubled the recipe and added some chicken stock. The flavour was very ketchupy. My two teens gobbled it down but both agreed that I should keep searching for a better crockpot honey garlic chicken recipe.
