It was good. A great recipe for Sunday lunch. It cooks while you are at church.

Amazing! Served it over mashed potatoes and used the sauce as a gravy. Delicious

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I would likely double it for my larger family because my husband couldn’t stop eating it. The only sub I had to make was for a soy allergy we used coconut aminios instead.

I seasoned the chicken thigh( bone in, skin on) with the garlic, parsley and oregano and let sit for a few hours. Browned the chicken placed it in the slow cooker. Mixed the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken. Leave to slow cook. It was delicious. My family loved it.

This is delicious! A fan-favorite in my house. Make it about once or twice a month. Very easy!

It turned out very good!! Thickening up the sauce is a must and putting it over rice and adding a side vegetable is a perfect meal!
I gave it five stars but somehow it only submitted four.

Great! We love this so much that I make it quite often. I need to find something else we like as well just to change things up a bit😋

We used bone in thighs, removed skin. Could have cook at least 3/4 of an hour less. With 6 thighs my wife and I had two dinners each and I finished it off for lunch.

Great! I've made it a few times now, and it's been amazing everytime! Bone in or out. Great both ways.

Have made several times, but didn't like the idea of ketchup, so have substituted about 1/3 cup hoisun for it. It's delicious!

I switched out the ketchup for BBQ sauce and it was delicious over rice with roasted carrots

Frankly, this is gross. Easily twice as sweet as it should be. The ketchup tasted exactly like what it is. Not enough garlic to survive the slow-cooker. Tried to liven it with a teaspoon of Indonesian chili paste, but it was dead on arrival. Maybe some try vinegar? But no, the thing has no soul. Ordinarily I would try to adjust proportions to make this work, but I think it's unsalvageable. That date you were on... well, maybe you weren't paying attention. It was a waste of effort to toast the sesame seeds; I'll save the rest to put on some other dish.
