It was very nice and tender. It’s a little on the sweet side and tastes very similar to another beef recipe I’ve done with brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. I’d try this recipe again but test it with a little more tomato paste or some Worcestershire sauce to get it more savory than sweet.
