- 6 potatoes (Large, Peeled and Cubed, I had Russet ones from my garden, but I think any will work well)
- 1/2 can whole kernel corn
- 28 oz. chicken broth
- 1 onion (Large, Shredded, I used Yellow)
- 2 handfuls cabbage (Narrow Sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (I use refrigerator pre minced garlic)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups gouda cheese (If you use the Arla Dofino it takes about 3 packages, you’ll have just enough left over to snack on, shredded)
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/2 pkg. frozen peas
- green onions
- paprika (to taste)
