Very good, I did use a can of beef consume instead of chicken broth and it had a rich, flavorful taste. My teen that doesn’t like gravy loved this sauce. Some had with rice others with mashed potatoes, both delicious.

It turned out great… didn’t use the cheese. I cooked my noodles and added to the crockpot and everything was on point. The noodles soaked up the juices and I love that

Excellent! Very easy to make! Didn’t have stew meat or beef tips, so cut up a thick rib steak into bite-sized pieces. Have never heard of “beefy mushroom soup”, so added can of mushrooms with liquid instead. Served over egg noodles, but would like to try over mashed potatoes.
(Edit: made with mashed potatoes and prefer it with that.)
