It was tasty and good, but the hash browns on the bottom turned to mush. And, for the record, hash brown & ground beef & corn & cheese & soup mush looks a lot like vomit ... so, that was appetizing.
I'd probably give this recipe another try (though given the vomit comment I'm not sure why ... maybe I have kids and like to live dangerously??) but next time I'd perhaps make the following changes:
1) not mix in the ground beef with the soup, milk, & sour cream
2) layer it thusly: hash browns, ground beef, corn, some cheese, half the soup mixture. THEN the rest of the hash browns, rest of the soup mixture, more cheese.
