This was very good and full of meat. I used baked beans instead of the ranch style beans but I would not do that again. The baked beans overpowered everything. I also would do cut chunks of potatoes instead of thin slice just personal preference. I also added a can of black beans, and would probably add fresh mushrooms next time. This recipe made a full crockpot for sure and if you have meat eaters in your family every spoonful is full of meat so they will love it.
