- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning mix (low sodium, I used my homemade taco seasoning mix)

Was not as well received as I had hoped. Kind of bland not very appealing to the eye. I even used roasted corn from Trader Joe’s which has a much better flavor profile than regular canned or frozen corn.
