- 1 beef roast (use the size roast and the amount of vegetables you need to feed your family. I used a 2.5 pound Chuck Roast)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 12 oz. coke (or Pepsi, NOT diet!)
- red potatoes (halved)
- carrots (cut in chunks)

Its been great everytime I make it. I usually use a large and small can of cream of mushroom soup as well as a 20 oz bottle of regular Coke. Sometimes do fresh green beans instead of carrots just to change it up. Both are great.

Watery. Bland. Meat was tough even after 8 hours in crockpot. Smelled great, but not sure where the carmelization comes in. Wont make it again

Turned out very flavorful. I use 3 pound chuck roast(it shrunk alot) red potatoes, carrots, 2 stalks of celery, 1 bottle 16 ounce coke, and followed the recipe given. I cooked it on the 8 hour setting. I def had to thicken the sauce with corn starch. I would make it again. I served with homemade mash potatoes,

Added celery, red potatoes, and used Lipton onion soup packet. Also went with a full 20oz of Coke.... Nom, nom, nom!!!
