    easy & delicious. subbed roasted red peppers for dried tomatoes because that's that i had on hand and we really like them. chicken was on the cusp on being dry but maybe that's my slow cooker.

    So easy! The chicken came out so incredibly well and it was literally 5 min of prep. Perfect for someone like me.

    I made this for my dad and I and we LOVED it. So flavorful and the chicken came out so tender. It was easy to throw together, I cooked it on the high setting for 4 1/2 hours, I would have felt better doing low for 6 but it still came out great! I also subbed the grilled artichoke for plain marinated, because I couldn't find grilled, and used the liquid from that, as I said still delicious!
