This is thick chili! It is good; however, we added 1 beer, Chili and lime seasoning, and a can of pumpkin puree! The kids and Husbands loved it!

This was so yummy! And I took the leftovers, made a tater tot crust, topped with cheese, and made a casserole.

Loved how easy it was and we already had most of the ingredients so it was fast to put it all together!

The wife and I really enjoyed this one and I'll definitely be making it again. I ended up using more chicken (wanted to use up what I had on hand) but it was fine. Next time I'm going to add some jalapeño to make it spicy!

Turned out delicious, but not soupy at all. It was more like delicious taco filling, even with just two chicken breasts. Next time I will add one more 8oz can of tomato sauce.
Also, it was completely one after only 6 hours on low. I didn’t/couldn’t remove the chicken to shred it. I just used a fork with the chicken still in the crockpot. It was very tender.

It was very tasty. I served it over rice with corn tortillas. I added about a cup of water to make it a little more liquidy. Just my preference. Will definitely make again.

This was delicious and so easy to make. I used half of the quantity of chicken suggested and it was perfect for us

This is a frequently used recipe in our house. I often add some sour cream and jack cheese to mine and my boy's bowls, hubby has his as is. Yum!

It was delicious. I omitted the beans & cilantro simply because I do not like them. I served the chili over rice, & it was great. The rice absorbed most of the juice so it ended up being like burrito bowl rather than a chili. I put shredded cheese & sour cream on top, next time I plan on putting crushed tortilla chips on top too.

I used chili flakes instead of chili powder and the kick was perfect. Used the leftovers on top of scrambled eggs for breakfast and stuffed in bell peppers for a second dinner.

Easy to make and delicious. It makes a lot and can be eaten like a chili or on rice, potatoes or in a tortilla. I have made this several times.

This is a really great chicken taco chili. We followed the recipe pretty closely but add a little extra spice.

Simply delicious! I've made this recipe at least a dozen times. Easy prep, whole ingredients, and super tasty. My family eats this with a few tortillas a piece and some light sour cream. I make it every other week. Good stuff.

Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili is one of my family's go to meals especially when I'm in a hurry. I put it the ingredients in the crockpot in the morning, and it's ready by dinner. The flavors meld perfectly together. This is Tex-Mex at it's best. I'm certain throughout my life, I will make this delicious recipe again and again.
