I made it this week! Delicious and a real comfort food, just like my mom would have made! Light on the seasoning which I like, one can always add more salt, pepper, cayenne or maybe hot sauce once it is cooked if that's preferable. I enjoyed it just as the recipe suggested, I did omit the dill, came out great! It was light on the broth, maybe add more the day after it sits, if you like it more soup like, but this is a "stew" and that's what I got! Yummy!!
