- 20 oz. skinless chicken breasts (boneless)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper (or if you want to do it how I did because you don’t have lemon pepper, its 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper, & a dash of fresh sea salt)
- 2 1/2 pitas
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- shredded lettuce
- onions (Sliced, Optional, I didn’t use extra onion)
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 cucumbers (small, peeled, finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
