I put this together before work so it would be ready whrn we got home... when we walked in the door the house smelled amazing... like your Italian grandmother's kitchen! I boiled up some tortellini and added them to the crock pot with the chicken... it was amazing with the tender chicken!! The whole family loved this one!!

very easy to put together. I browned 10 chicken thighs becausethat's what we like. I also added cremini mushrooms.

It was fall-apart tangy-sweet yummy! I could make this every week; it is that good. Also works well with dark meet chicken. Just remove the skin before adding to the Crock-Pot.
