Great! Im a horrible cook too! Added some small chicken strips to bottom of crock pot first, made sure they were done and shredded them into the cauliflower. I love it! So easy!

Pretty good but the flavor was little one dimensional. Took me almost 4 hours to get the cauliflower tender.
