I probably upped the sodium and fat, but I added a can of cream of celery soup (and some fresh diced celery), plus I toasted the corn cereal and added that to individual servings at the end to maintain the crunch. Great crisp tender veggies after 1 to 2 hours in the crock pot. My husband’s smoked turkey took a little longer on the BBQ so my first batch was overdone. Keep it at 1-2 hours on low and enjoy! Everyone really liked it and my mom wants the recipe!
