- 1/4 cup apple juice (I added this because I was using chicken & apple sausages...you could omit if you used a conflicting flavor sausage.)
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 4 to 6 large sausages (large)
- rice (enough for each person to have a serving)
