This is DELICIOUS! I've made it 3x since Thanksgiving & about to do it again this weekend. Sometimes I add bacon or ground Turkey, and I threw in what was left of can of enchilada sauce once for rave reviews! I've got friends that HATE beans that LOVE this soup!

Yummy. I did not add the salt due to vegetable broth having sodium. Warming up the yogurt before adding is the way to go. Will cook again.
