- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 whole chicken
- 10 potatoes (halved)
- 1 can beer
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary

Directions
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side
- Add to crock pot and add all the rest of the ingredients
- Cover and cook for five hours
