It’s too sweet for my taste. Has lots of flavor just not the flavor I was expecting. Would not make again.

This was surprisingly really good. This was my first time making something like this and it turned out fantastic.

Winner, winner ,winner! It turned out great had no left overs kind of bummed about that but oh well everybody loved it.

It was pretty good. I like that the portion size ended up being enough for me and my daughter for 2 days. Just enough. Usually with crockpot meals I end up with way too much food for 2 people to eat. I agree with other reviewers, 5 hours is too long. I did 4 hours for the meat and then added the broccoli and corn starch for the last 30 minutes. It’s good. I’ll definitely make it again.

Tweeked it using 3/4C soy sauce, 1 1/2C beef broth, Tbsp ginger. At 3 hours in I also added carrots, onion, and celery. Definitely only cooked 4hrs. Topped it with cashews and served over rice. Deliciousness!

My husband and son liked it. I did add carrots, onion, and some ginger, but I think I went overboard with the ginger because I thought it was too sweet for my taste. Beef was perfectly moist, but I doubled the soy sauce and sesame oil. Not bad at all.

We made it with some cauliflower rice, which was delicious. Next time I will experiment with more ingredients like onions and carrots

It turned out really well, you could always add carrots, and a little onions to make it even better

It was wonderful. I started cooking at 1pm, and needed it done by 4, so I cooked in high for 1.5 hours and until 4pm on low. the big pieces were moist and tender, the small pieces were a little dry. so next time I will do 4 hours on low, and then check. No way 5 hours to cook. I did only use 2 T of corn starch so the sauce was not runny but not too thick. the flavor was great.

Very good and easy recipe. I only rated it a 4 instead of 5 because I was out of sesame oil and used olive oil instead so that probably changed the flavor slightly. Not for me, but maybe for others

Great recipe, but it’s missing powdered ginger! I added it and everyone who’s tried it says it tastes like Panda Express!

Made the recipe, didn't turn out right or something. Seemed like it was missing something.

Very good! Cut down soy sauce to 1/3 c; trying to avoid dish being too salty. Instead of mixing 4T of corn starch with 4T of water, mixed 2T corn starch with 4 T of warm liquid from crockpot. Continued cooking about 30 mins. and sauce did thicken! Very tender, cooked about 4 hours
