Made this a few times now. Love it! Definitely add the extra mushrooms which makes it even better

This turned out great. When browning the beef i added cooking sherry (to personal taste (no specific measuremenrs) and the beef kept the flavor adding a richness to this recipe.. .

Turned out perfect, my family absolutely loved it . Will be on the menu again shortly . Was a great way to use up leftover grilled sirloin steak, added pasta in a little undercooked, with some sour cream. Screams flavor. Thanks for the great recipe.
