This was a solidly “okay” recipe for me. I took other people’s notes and cut the amount of broth in half, which seemed to help, though I did have to add a bit more broth when cooking the noodles. It also ended up tasting very tomatoe-y.

This was really good. I cooked the ground beef before adding it to the crockpot and I didn't use all of the beef broth in the recipe.

It was pretty good. I also thought there might be to much liquid but the majority of it got absorbed in the meat and noodles.
