Flatten the rolled dough on the tray to get a crispy cookies. If you plan on having a soft chewy cookie like the ones in subway, you can simply don’t flatten it. Easy to make recipe. You can definitely add in some nuts too. For healthier option, i opt out white sugar for brown sugar instead! Still as good!
