These were a very crunchy and filling snack. My toddler loved them too. I seasoned them with lemon pepper. I'll be making these again!

Left the seasoning simple with garlic salt and pepper since it was my first time making this but will definitely explore different combos next time around!

Good just as they come out of oven but didnt keep well, even in an airtight container. Ended up soft and lost all crispyness. Not sure what i did wrong

I followed directions but instead of pouring olive oil over the paper towel dried beans in the pan, I put the beans in a zip lock bag and poured about a teaspoon or so of olive oil over them. Tossed them around to coat, spread on the pan and baked in a 375 degree (convection) oven for 30 minutes (turned pan after 15 minutes). No problem with popping beans..
