    I tried making this with bacon, another with garlic, and lastly one using sweet potato instead. All are good. The original recipe is nice but I think having a sauce/dip will bring more flavor to it.

    Holy goodness! Add bacon pieces to this and you have a delicious addiction! I feel like it would be kind of blah without bacon or maybe garlic. I'm going to try it with garlic next time and see.
