Tasty! Based on comments, I first pan roasted chicken thighs skin side down until crispy then finished by stewing with lentils. Used chicken stock instead of water. Much more flavorful that way.

It was alright. I didn't think it was super flavorful, and with the suggested timing I ended up overlooking it a bit. I think this recipe would taste better on wings or drummers instead of thighs.
It smelled really fantastic cooking, but the flavor wasn't that flavorful on the finished product
