I followed the temp and low end of the time (40mins) suggestion and they came out completely burned (my oven temp is pretty reliable). Either keep a close eye on them (good luck parents) or do half the time and increment from there as needed. A similar recipe suggested 400 for 15mins, so I'll try that next time.
