- 2 cups shredded red cabbage (or purple)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar

- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (thick vegan, or mayo)
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic (finely)

- 1/2 ripe avocados (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
- 2 limes (sliced into wedges for garnish and fresh squeeze over tacos, optional)
