  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peeled fresh ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 serrano chile (green, seeded and thinly sliced)
  • 1 red chile (fresh hot, seeded and thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound bok choy (or Swiss chard, stems and leaves separated and thinly sliced)
