They were very good. Next time I may add more sugar, or possibly some spice to the batter. We did them in the air fryer. very crispy

Such an amazing and simple base of a recipe!!! We added chili lime seasoning and an umami seasoning to our sesame cracker crumble. Made a homemade ranch to go with it and this turned out superb! We used an air fryer which made this even easier, but again, amazing and simple base to follow and be creative with.

i was surprised how the tofu held up during frying and how crispy the corn flakes became

Good recipe! My husband loved it the kids were not as impressed.
I used Panko bread crumbs instead of corn flakes. I served these over rice.
