We adapted it slightly (doubled the garlic and upped the chilli) and had it with some rice and pai huang gua on the side. Highly recommend! Comforting and very filling.

I'm a tofu noob, and this was delicious! I left out the chilli flakes as I'm a wimp, but the sauce is great, really tasty. I added cornflour to the sauce to thicken it a little bit, and it's just like a take out, just without the msg!
