- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (ground)

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves (fresh, save stalks for a curry or veg stock)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)

- black pepper (or white, to taste)
